Curriculum
• El Yin Yoga funcional aplicado al asiento. The Grilley method, 14-10-7.
• Anatomía de la cadera y la rodilla.
• Anatomía energética de la cadera.
• 12 posturas núcleo del asiento.
• Laboratorio de posturas: anatomía comparativa, variaciones, uso de soportes y ajustes.
• Técnicas de enseñanza: cómo secuenciar y dirigir una sesión de Yin Yoga.
• Meditacion
• Welcome bag: Yin Yoga manual, seat meridian workbook, seat posture workbook, yin yoga posture sheet and 7 archetype posture sheet.
