Meet the Teacher: Leta Lavigne, founder of YogaROCKS in Lahti, Finland, is a full-time yoga teacher, trainer, and studio owner with nearly two decades of experience. A longtime student of Paul Grilley, she teaches from a Functional Approach to Yin Yoga informed by Vinyasa, somatics, and Embodied Flow®, and is known for her warm, authentic presence. When she isn’t teaching or writing for Yoga Journal, she’s either with her daughter or happily immersed in her newest passion: pottery.
