Nov 21. The Art of Weaving Meditation into Your Teaching with Gabrielle Harris

$ 40.00

Yin Yoga offers a natural setting for meditation. Through stillness, time and mindful awareness, we create opportunities to explore not only the physical body but also the nature of the mind.

In this workshop, we will explore practical and creative ways to weave meditation into Yin Yoga classes, making the practice accessible, meaningful and engaging for students. Learn how to turn each pose into a mini meditation, develop your own guided meditations and use meditation as a theme to connect an entire class.

We will also explore the art of moving from guidance towards silence, allowing students to discover their own meditative experience.
