Our extensive training offers insights in functional yin and or yang yoga, sanskrit, philosophy of Yoga and breath & energy work through prāṇāyāma.
We have 4 core trainings and various satellite trainings that are taught online and or in person. Click here to view the modules and general curriculum.
Trainings can be taken individually and counted as CE with Yoga Alliance.
We believe in slow yoga. We believe that there’s no rush to get your certification as long as you’re learning and integrating the educational experience intertwined with real life teaching experience.
