Nowadays, becoming a Yoga Teacher is a "trend", and you can find many trainings that will give you that experience, but deciding to study with Kathy is a differentiation from this due to the quality of her teachings, and above all, personal down to earth demeanor. For those of us who come from other Yin Yoga Trainings, I found this functional approach to Yin Yoga totally refreshing while aligned with her teacher Paul Grilley, and in which we could review all his firsthand teachings such as “the Sutras and the Dances of the Grilleys" in the practice of Yin. From this training among the many things learn, I will hold dear the Yin Yoga practices based on her original MANDALASANA (poses cheat sheet) and with his super interesting rebound poses curated by Kathy Paez.

Despite having had 750 hours of YTT, I decided to start another yoga training where I could delve deeper into Yin Yoga and anatomy. To my happiness I met Kathy. A Yoga teacher with a lot of experience: especially in yin yoga, philosophy, anatomy, and chakra meditation. Her way of teaching makes one want to continuously study with her.
