ONLINE. Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Module 1. SEAT

For yoga teachers. Yoga Alliance accredited course. 11 hours.

· Learn about the anatomy of your hip and how to teach functional Yin yoga for the hips.
· Explore energetics and the modern meridian theory applied to your hips.
· Receive visually inspiring material to integrate presented themes and concepts.

Duration: unlimited access

· Immediate access to your course on the online platform of yin / yang yoga.
· Email sent out up to 24 houras after purchase with acces to an exclusive facebook group for questions and yinformation.
· Manual and downloadable material.
· Individual online 60 minute session to go over questions with Kathy Páez. This session may only be taken from 2nd of june until 22nd of August, 2022.
