28 Apr Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Module 2. Wings
In this course you will learn about the muscles, bones and joints that make the upper body, primarily focused on the shoulder girdle.
You will learn how to effectively stretch these muscles and pull on the bones through Yin yoga poses.
You will also explore some of kathy’s favorite yang movements as taught by her main teachers, Paul and Suzee Grilley.
Lastly, you will also enjoy some of Kathy Páez’s signature yin yoga & mudrā classes that blend well with the energetics of the upper body.
