• A technical sheet on tension and compression points of the 5 main yin yoga archetypes.
• Five 20-minute guided yin asana class (video) working with variations that gear up towards the star pose of that day (archetypal poses).
• A worksheet for each of the 5 archetypal Yin poses to better understand which one is right for you.
