• Learn the skeletal segments of movement and myofascial muscle groups of your shoulders to understand new parameters of alignment in shoulder opening poses.
• Discover how the shape of your bones determine the shape of the pose and which variations are best for each individual.
• Understand how to modify poses when there is a previous shoulder injury.
• Practice variations using a wall, block, and or bolster according to individuals’ unique needs.
