Join Kathy Páez for this 8-day non-residential 60-hour Yoga Alliance registered intensive.
A Yin Yoga Training homage to your seat: the hips. You will learn its segments of movement, miofascial groups and 22 Yin poses that target the lower body. You will study anatomy to better understand how to offer appropriate variations for different skeletal body types and how to sequence classes for the hips. In energetics, you will be presented with Taoist and Tantric energy body models: chakra, meridians, nadis and more.
Āsana and functional anatomy fundamentals applied to the hips as taught by Paul and Suzee Grilley.
Teachers
Kathy Páez will teach anatomy, Yin āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, dharana, shat karma and meditation.

Cancellation policies
Up until one month before the course begins a full refund minus transaction fees (if applied) is available. After this, no deposit is refunded.
If travel restriction is effective at the time of the course this training will be held 100% online on zoom. Deposit price is held as the full price of the online course. The shipping fee for the self-care kit is charged seperately.
If interruptions arise halfway through the training, teachings pass on to online format and no refund is provided.
