A Yin Yoga Training homage to your seat: the hips. You will learn its segments of movement, miofascial groups and 22 Yin poses that target the lower body. You will study anatomy to better understand how to offer appropriate variations for different skeletal body types and how to sequence classes for the hips. In energetics, you will be presented with Taoist and Tantric energy body models: chakra, meridians, nadis and more.
Āsana and functional anatomy fundamentals applied to the hips as taught by my teachers, Paul and Suzee Grilley.
