Join experienced functional Yin Yoga teacher and mother of two (soon to be three), Tahnee Taylor, for a two-hour workshop on adapting Yin Yoga practice for pregnancy.
This workshop aims to clarify when and how Yin Yoga can be safely practiced during pregnancy, focusing on variations and energetics. There is no better guide for this than a woman who has had a regular Yin Yoga practice throughout three pregnancies and who is a student of functional Yin Yoga (with Paul Grilley) and Taoism (with Mantak Chia).

Meet the Teacher
Tahnee Taylor is a Yin Yoga teacher and practitioner of Taoist Healing Arts, specializing in tonic herbalism and Chi Nei Tsang. She also teaches Taoist energetics, is a businesswoman, and hosts a podcast. As the mother of three beautiful children, Tahnee brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her teachings. She is deeply grateful to her primary teachers, Paul and Suzee Grilley and Tiffany Cruikshank, for fostering her insight and love of the body and its workings through the lens of Eastern traditions. Tahnee also extends her gratitude to Mantak Chia for teaching her Taoist energetic and healing practices, including Chi Nei Tsang. With a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, and natural birth, Tahnee has immersed herself in various lines of study to enhance her knowledge and skill set, and has also completed a year-long course with Jane Hardwicke Collings’ School of Shamanic Womancraft.
