Description

In person, June 23 – 29, 2024 at Inspire Yoga

Join Kathy, assistant to Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley, on this 7-day non-residential yoga alliance certified Yin yoga & chakra meditation teacher training in Tromsø, Norway.

In Unit 3. Yin Yoga & chakra meditation you will find clarity on how to teach Yin Yoga for the spine through an anatomically and energetically informed lens.

Learn to intelligently sequence and adjust backbends, forward bends and twists through the functional approach to Yoga, also applicable to all styles of yoga. This training is an extensive exploration of the spine as gateways to freedom for all body types, not just the flexible.

Journey through the physical and energetic stories of the backbone of your body. From bones (skeletal variation) to muscles (myofascial groups) all the way to energetics (chakras) of your spine & torso.
