Payment Schedule & Policy
Reservation Fee: $325 USD upon registration (non-refundable, transferable to specific courses within 12 months if canceled more than 180 days before the course).
Full Price: $900 USD (reservation fee included).
Payment Terms:
The remaining balance after the reservation fee is due by May 22, 2025.
Full-price participants: $575 USD
Payments after May 22, 2025: Automatically charged at the full price of $900 USD regardless of waitlist registration status.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 180 days before: 90% refund of the full payment. (minus reservation fee)
180 to 121 days before: 75% refund. (minus reservation fee)
120 to 61 days before: 50% refund. (minus reservation fee)
60 days or less: 25% refund. (minus reservation fee)
